Australia needs enterprising individuals who can make discerning decisions about the development and use of technologies. People who can work independently and collaboratively, developing solutions to complex challenges and able to contribute to a sustainable pattern of living.

Grant High School offers students access to state of the art technology facilities and Trade Training Centres. These fall under two distinct, but related subjects… Design and Technology and Digital Technology.

Design and Technologies, students use design thinking and technologies to generate and produce designed solutions for authentic needs and opportunities.

Digital Technologies, students use computational thinking and information systems to define, design and implement digital solutions.
